at times..at some moments..many thoughts jus go rushing gushing through ur mind yet leaving you clueless.the thoughts so near yet so far apart..so define yet so unclear..it really makes one wonder and monder yet unable to cos there r so undescribable and named.it can really make u and i go crazy..the thoughts jus doesnt leave u alone.it haunts back and back and yet back again.so i ask what else can i do? wOw..chim..anw...jus for some fun to train up and also to produce the waist line...started from wed..every advertisment during the show i watch is 20 crunches..well..started of watching e 430 show:unforgettable love den the 7pm the wars of in laws..think tts e english title..den 8pm watched showdown and at 9pm watch bi chou qu..cant rmb the ang mo title..den at 10pm watch healing hands 3...so in total is 5 shows..equals 15 advertisment..however not to miss out e 9pm show got lyk 5 advertisments..so total is 17..haha..n i did a total of 340 crunches..to be exact is 350..cos i loss count i think..haha.. then ytd...din watch a lot of tv cos went cell..so onli the 430 unforgettable love and e 7pm war of in laws..so is 120 crunches..however did 60 onli ytd...did e other 60 today.. and for today's was quite a lot too..1pm to 3pm watch nan cai nu mao..last ep..den at 730 watch bi xue qian oso 2 hr show last ep till 930pm..thus equals to 12 advertisments..equals to 240 crunches..eh..?!!den y jus nw i counted 360??hmm..did i miss out smth?or counted xtra??let me think..don hab lei..but i tink i did 360..cos i lyk count den do a few one shot..more effective..thurs was cos adv do adv do..jus came up w the idea since im such a tv addict and has nth to do during advertisments..haha..nvm..anw doing a few more oso good ma..wanted to add lyk every show is 100 jumps/ 1 round around my estate..havent enforce..oso dunno how long i'll think im able to hang out..haha..hopefully i dun quit tt easily n fast.. think today's post is kind of long..out of a sudden i jus really miss my secondary class..sec 4d of 2006..there are so many things in my mind but i jus dunno who to state them out and face them one by one..life's really isnt a piece of cake..it can get really amazing n tortourous..jus cant describe it the right way..im never good in languages..my vocab is real bad..something really bugging my heart till i jus cant get i off my mind n focus on other things..haiiz..alright..will stop here..otherwise im really gng to write a nvr ending post and get too personal in here which i hope not to.im a disclose person..haha..ya..take care n nitex..may the people in china get all help and my everyone be safe..may everyone live a meaningful life..may everyone come to realise that life is jus tt fragile..life is tt unpredict and may those who realises act on their learnings..including myself..its not easy though..Lord i jus pray............amen... 9:29 PM |
